Some product photography is supplied by our manufacturers and shows their products rather than a specific installation of ours.

We keep the information here as accurate and current as we can, but product specifications, ranges and performance figures change. Nothing on this website is an offer or a quotation. The only binding figures are the ones in the written quotation we give you after a survey. Please check anything you intend to rely on with us first.

Quotations and work

Surveys and quotations are free and carry no obligation. Any work we go on to do is governed by the terms issued with your quotation and order, including your cancellation rights, and by the guarantee documentation supplied on completion. Those terms take precedence over this page.

Where we link to another organisation — an accreditation body, for instance — we are not responsible for that site’s content or its privacy practices.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content rather than on a written quotation.
